Low Cholesterol Diet and Fat Limited.

Diet is a special order food for health and so on (usually on the instructions or a prescription). Fat is a substance oil embedded in the meat fat, so impressive.

Differences in diet Cholesterol and Low Fat Limited with ordinary food:
1. Use less fat restricted <30% of the total needs of energy and saturated fat <10% total energy needs.
2. The use of high-fiber, especially water soluble fiber found in apples, rice, or rice tumbuk, havermout, and beans.
3. The use of food that contains lots of cholesterol are limited.
4. Obesity occurs when the number of calories are limited.

The food is not recommended to be consumed during the diet program are:

How to set up this diet:

1. use peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, corn oil in the amount that has been determined.
2. Eat more frequently with fish
3. use skim milk instead of full milk
4. Use more often processed from beans
5. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits
